Nature: Peaceful vs. Disastrous
Nature can be very calming and peaceful. Going to the beach and watching the sun set, planting a garden in your back yard, or seeing a doe with her fawn; all of these types of nature give off tranquil feeling. The type of nature that people go to get away from the urban lifestyle and get reunited with the Earth. Yet, nature isn't always peaceful and the perfect getaway from society; sometimes nature can be the problem. Tornadoes, hurricanes, mud slides, earthquakes, wild fires, floods, and tsunamis; this is just a glimpse of how disastrous nature can be. Nature can destroy cities, kill people and leave the surviving people without a home. One storm can cost a city millions of dollars and months of repair. Nature can also harm people through venom and poison from plants and animals and at the same time heal people from herbs and natural remedies. Just like a person Nature can do good things as well as bad things; help people or turn their lives upside down. Nature is chaos and order, small and big, complex and simple, fragile and tough, good and bad, peaceful and disastrous. Even if nature has turned your life up side down from a huge storm by destroying your house and harming your family, you will always look to the rising sun to brighten your day and to help you move on from all the trials in your past.
